在“双碳”目标与全球能源转型的宏观背景下，新能源汽车产业迎来爆发式增长，但产业链中游的零部件企业正面临技术迭代加速与价格战的双重挤压。本文以处于战略转型期的典型企业——星海新能源科技股份有限公司（虚拟案例）为研究对象，基于战略转型视角，对其企业发展能力进行深度剖析。研究采用文献分析、案例研究与定量财务分析相结合的方法，系统梳理了星海新能源2021-2023年的营业收入增长率、总资产增长率、资本积累率等核心发展能力指标。研究发现，尽管企业在转型初期实现了资产规模的快速扩张，但存在营收增速边际递减、资产周转效率下滑、核心技术转化率偏低等制约可持续发展的问题。深层成因主要归结于战略转型期的资源配置错位、供应链波动导致的成本控制失效以及研发管理机制与市场需求的脱节。针对上述问题，本文从优化战略布局与资源配置、强化营运管理与精益成本控制、完善市场导向的研发创新机制三个维度提出了系统性的提升策略。本研究不仅丰富了战略转型期企业发展能力评价的理论框架，也为同类新能源零部件企业跨越“转型陷阱”、实现高质量发展提供了具有可操作性的实践指导。

英文摘要 (Abstract)

Against the macro background of the "dual carbon" goals and global energy transition, the new energy vehicle industry has experienced explosive growth. However, component enterprises in the midstream of the industrial chain are facing the dual squeeze of accelerated technological iteration and price wars. This paper takes Xinghai New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (a virtual case), a typical enterprise in a strategic transition period, as the research object, and conducts an in-depth analysis of its enterprise development capacity from the perspective of strategic transition. Combining literature analysis, case study, and quantitative financial analysis, this study systematically reviews Xinghai New Energy's core development capacity indicators from 2021 to 2023, such as the growth rate of operating revenue, total asset growth rate, and capital accumulation rate. The study finds that although the enterprise achieved rapid expansion of asset scale in the initial stage of transition, there are problems restricting sustainable development, such as diminishing marginal growth rate of revenue, declining asset turnover efficiency, and low conversion rate of core technologies. The deep-seated causes are mainly attributed to the misallocation of resources during the strategic transition period, the failure of cost control caused by supply chain fluctuations, and the disconnection between the R&D management mechanism and market demand. In response to these problems, this paper proposes systematic improvement strategies from three dimensions: optimizing strategic layout and resource allocation, strengthening operational management and lean cost control, and improving the market-oriented R&D and innovation mechanism. This study not only enriches the theoretical framework of enterprise development capacity evaluation during strategic transition but also provides actionable practical guidance for similar new energy component enterprises to cross the "transition trap" and achieve high-quality development.
